Tasting note : Pressure Drop - Hefe Weisse

Whilst the label does grab your attention, it was the 'foraged herb' that convinced me to buy a bottle

golden but cloudy with a nice refreshing lemon / yeasty nose with a little background sourness and some spice. The cinnamon/coriander spice offers much needed complexity on the palate which I think otherwise might be a touch bland. The lemon on the nose is barely noticed on the palate, and that's a small disappointment as it could use just a little more freshness and the finish drops away a little quicker than I'd like.

Overall pretty interesting - perhaps fractionally missing the mark, but one I'd try again.
