What is the potential for aging fro non-oak Chablis from your experience? I had 20 years old village Chablis by Jean-Marc Brocard from Magnum and it was shining with well-developed tertiary aromas. Beautifully aged Chardonnay. I do have similar pleasant experience with oaky style of Chablis, but not that much with steely or less oaky Chablis. And also premox issue to keep in mind. 90s vintages were heavily hit by it. So would be great to hear your thoughts. Is it worth chasing non-oak Chablis (1er Cru, GC) from 90s ??
