Duvel Tripel Hop 2013

Opened a bottle last night. I thought it lovely & perfect for drinking now. Slipped down too easily, fully integrated. As is the way, the final bottle was the best......Now to track a more recent release.
On course for beer of the year.

I see the 2013 is Sorachi Ace, I'm not sure how keen I was on that one at the time...I think I thought the hop was too overpowering, but yes it was all too easy to drink. From what you say, three years must have benefitted it. Some of the years had too much grapefruit flavour for me...I suspect this one did. Isn't this year's an experimental hop?
