  1. Any suggestions for fun wine bars and restaurants in the 16th arrondissement.

    Many thanks.

    ( yeah: tennis season!)
  2. Comice is supposed to be very good though I haven't yet been; Akasaka if you like Japanese. La Cave du Chateau is a wine shop worth visiting not too far away.

  3. If you can make it to the 6th (nr Odeon metro), L'avant Comptoir De La Mer is a ripper wine bar!
    Enjoy your travels.

  4. Super, thanks Paul.
  5. Many thanks, Juha. Super!
  6. I loved Pages near l'Etoile. Japanese chef, supreme attention to detail,
    Ultra good food
Very good value for money lunch menu...
Superb wines by the glass (may include Coche dury or many other cult producers, we had Egon Muller, D'angerville... for lunch, I think I reported)
    Restaurant Pages
Where Isabelle took me for my 65 birthday
Rue Auguste Vaquerie next to Champs Elysees

  7. Super, thanks Antoine.
  8. We stayed in Passy the other week it's posh but pretty quiet. There are several nice restaurants. All but one of them was closed on Sunday evening. We went to Le Bistrot des Vignes which was good but nothing special. There is a wine museum nearby that does food too I believe but again closed on Sundays.
