Hamish Marett-Crosby
Hamish now writes on wine, food and travel, but has a background in the wine trade. In the early 70s he worked in London wine
bars before moving to Jersey to start his own wine company, Merchant Vintners.
Hamish spent the next 12 years in full time journalism, as senior reporter and political correspondent for the Jersey Evening Post, then as
political correspondent and senior reporter for BBC Radio Jersey. During this time he also wrote regularly on wine and travel for the
Evening Post, and the glossy magazine, Jersey Now. Hamish now lectures in Wine and Spirits and broadcasts regularly on
BBC radio Jersey.
